Development History
Hebei Hongru Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd.. was founded in 2017, formerly known as Hebei Jingxian County petroleum machinery factory, is a focus on rubber products and machinery processing manufacturers. Currently has 120 employees and 9 technicians, the main production of plastic compositeoil drilling and mining accessories, high pressure joint, nylon, polyurethane products, drilling platform, and resin etc. Its products have been applied to many large oil fields, coal mines and metallurgical industries. The company has professional petroleum processing equipment 5 workshops, more than 80 sets , with strict quality testing instruments and equipment, to ensure the quality of products.

All our products are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for at least one year from the date of delivery or commissioning. Warranty Coverage: Full warranty for 12 months from commissioning. If a fault occurs, provide a complete description including model number, delivery date, and contract number. We will review the information and provide servicing instructions or a return authorization. Upon receiving the product, we will repair or replace it at our expense if the defect is covered under warranty. Exclusions: Damage or injury from misuse, neglect, normal wear, corrosion, improper installation, or operation against factory guidelines. Products that have been modified, tampered with, or altered without authorization.

Material Verification: Each batch undergoes chemical composition analysis (via spectroscopy) and mechanical property testing (tensile, hardness, and corrosion resistance) to meet API 5L, ASTM A105, or equivalent specifications .  

Traceability: Full material documentation is maintained, including heat treatment records and supplier certifications, to enable full lifecycle traceability .  

Supplier Audits: Regular audits of suppliers ensure alignment with our quality objectives and adherence to ethical sourcing practices .  

2. Precision Machining: CNC Technology and Process Discipline

Our CNC machining processes are designed to achieve ±0.01mm dimensional accuracy and Ra 0.8μm surface finish, critical for API-compliant components. Key steps include:

In-Process Monitoring:
